Abstract
The「Survey on Suspect Investigation」 was conducted to examine the problems of the current system of suspects filling out interrogatories and to review the opinions on the system of video recording of the interrogation process being considered as a supplemental provision. The survey was conducted separately among judicial police, investigative police, and suspects, and this data was collected from investigative police officers. The questionnaire is composed of contents on the suspect’s interrogatory’s admissibility of evidence, the effectiveness of suspect interrogatories, and contents on the system of video recording the interrogation process.
