The purpose of this research is to understand the social phenomenon of illegal entry by dissecting and closely studying it, and if problems are discovered, devising measures to resolve them. The most important goal of this research is to study the phenomenon of illegal entry as it is. The contents of the survey include background factors of respondents, foreign travel experience and plan for immigration, attitudes of Chinese people on illegal immigration, costs associated with illegal immigration, illegal entry routes, and illegal smuggling organizations.
