The 1997 IMF financial crisis led to the bankruptcy of many companies and became the starting point of the corporate restructuring system for the improvement of management efficiency and worker productivity. This survey was conducted to collect data to be utilized in presenting policy directions by examining the state of employment anxiety of laborers. The questionnaire includes contents on state of management, plans for layoffs, intention of job change, reason for job change, plans for after job change, the minimum cost of living, ways of earning a living after job change, government support, attitude towards job training, and attitude towards employment insurance.
