Abstract
The purpose of this survey research is to build the fundamental data necessary for a more effective policy on the computer and Internet usage of youth by investigating current conditions and collecting their evaluation of related policies. The questionnaire includes topics of internet usage, relationship with parents, side effects of using the internet, frequency and time of internet use, understanding of becoming information-oriented, policy evaluation, computer use, and the evaluation of Korea’s level of computer and internet usage.
