Abstract
이 조사연구는 전남지역 장애인의 취업실태와 욕구를 파악하고, 이들의 복지증진을 위해 실질적인 장애인 정책을 수립하는데 기초 자료로 활용하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 장애인들의 고용형태, 구직계획, 구직활동, 장애인의 취업방해요인, 직업교육/훈련 참가현황 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.
