Abstract
The「Survey for the Reform of Military Organizations」 was conducted among professional soldiers with the rank of officer or above and among cadets of the Korea Military Academy, Korea Naval Academy, and Korea Air Force Academy to investigate the problems that exist within the military organization and to present a solution as well as heighten the morale of the military. This data was collected among cadets. The questionnaire includes contents on reason for joining the military, evaluation of financial compensation, evaluation of social compensation, newspaper subscription, television viewing, frustrations of military life, social evaluation of professional soldiers, occupational pride, evaluation of promotion system, opinion on the reform of military law, problems of military life, the most urgent issue within the military organization, and preferred occupation.
