Abstract
근로복지공단 근로복지연구원은 산재요양종결자들의 경제활동상태, 개인 및 가구 특성, 소득･지출, 건강, 삶의 질 등을 추적·조사하여 동태적인 변화를 파악하고 산재보험제도의 발전에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 2013년부터 매년 「산재보험패널조사(Panel Study of Worker's Compensation Insurance)」를 시행하고 있다. 이 자료는 업무상재해를 입은 산재근로자의 요양 종결 이후 5년을 추적하고 있는데, 1차 코호트 조사는 2013년부터 2017년까지 5년 동안 시행하여 완결되었고, 표본을 교체하여 2018년부터 2차 코호트 조사가 시행되고 있으며, 2022년 5차년도 조사로 2차 코호트가 종료될 예정이다. 2017년에 국가승인통계로 지정되었다.
이 자료는 2012년도 산재요양종결자 2,000명을 패널로 하여 2013년부터 2017년까지 수집한 1차 코호트 자료로, 1차 코호트 5개년 누적자료(wide type 및 long type)와 5차년도 메인데이터로 구성되어 있다. 주요 조사내용은 산재근로자 인적 사항, 자격증, 요양·보상 내역, 재활서비스 이용, 재해사업장의 직종, 근무형태, 근로계약형태, 구직 여부, 경제활동 가능 여부, 현재 경제활동상태, 일자리의 업종과 직종, 고용상의 특성, 근로시간, 근무형태, 급여수준, 업무만족도, 이직 의사 및 이유, 사업제 정보, 창업 정보, 실업 상황, 경제적 문제 해결방법, 원하는 일자리와 선택 기준, 경제활동 의사가 없는 이유, 구직상의 어려움, 일자리 이력, 건강상태, 만성질환 유무 및 종류, 의료기관 이용 현황 및 사유, 육체적 장해·제약, 운동·수면시간, 여가활동, 일상생활 도움제공자 현황, 흡연·음주, 산업재해가 삶에 미치는 영향, 사회경제적 지위, 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 일상생활 만족도, 사회적 관계 교류 정도, 단체활동, 종교활동, 노후 생활비 준비, 건강·노후자금·사회관계·취미여가·직업능력 준비, 개인소득, 가구 자산과 부채, 주거형태 등이다.
