Abstract
이 조사는 서울시복지재단이 민간기부 기반의 복지서비스 사업인 서울디딤돌 사업의 성과를 분석하고 그 개선방안을 마련하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 동 사업의 이용자, 기부업체, 거점기관 및 담당공무원을 대상으로 각각 실시되었다. 이 자료는 디딤돌 사업 거점기관 실무자들로부터 수집된 것으로 디딤돌 사업 담당인력, 디딤돌 사업 업무유형별 비중, 디딤돌 사업으로부의 후원비중, 디딤돌 사업 연간실적, 기부자 관리서비스 제공경험, 이용자 수요조사 시행경험, 이용자 및 기부업체 발굴·관리의 어려움, 디딤돌 사업의 효과 등을 주요 내용으로 포함하고 있다.
