Abstract
이 조사는 한신대학교가 사회복지법령에 의하여 의무적으로 시행되고 있는 사회복지분야의 인권교육 운영실태와 그 효과를 파악함으로써 인권교육의 성과가 향상될 수 있도록 개선방안을 제시하고자 국가인권위원회의 의뢰를 받아 실시한 것이다. 자료수집은 인권교육 강사와 수강생을 대상으로 각각 이뤄졌다.
이 자료는 사회복지사업법 등 7개 사회복지법령에 따라 인권교육을 이수했거나 참여하고 있는 사회복지사업의 운영자 및 종사자, 사회복지공무원, 어린이집 원장 및 보육교사로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 일반적 특성, 직무특성, 인권교육 이수 여부, 교육기관 유형 및 선정 이유, 인권교육 이수 내용, 인권교육의 성과 및 효과성 등이다.
