Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 형사사법체계의 효율적 관리방안 수립에 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 2016년부터 3년간 수행한 연속연구사업에서 산출되었다. 이 연구사업은 1차년도는 형사사법기관의 예산, 2차년도는 형사사법기관의 인력 충원과 조직 구조, 그리고 3차년도는 형사사법기관의 인력 활용과 조직 행태를 중심으로 진행되었으며, 2016년 1차년도 연구사업에서는 일반국민과 전문가로부터 의견을 청취하였다.
이 자료는 2016년에 일반국민 1,100명으로부터 수집된 것으로, 주요 내용은 형사사법 예산 규모와 구성에 대한 인식, 주요 형사사법정책 현안에 대한 인식, 형사사법기관의 신뢰성과 효율성에 대한 인식, 범죄피해 및 정치성향 특성 등이다.
