Abstract
이 조사는 제주여성가족연구원이 제주지역 뷰티서비스산업 경영현황 및 인력수요를 파악하여 여성 일자리 창출을 위한 뷰티서비스 산업 활성화 방안을 마련하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 자료는 제주지역 내 뷰티서비스산업에 해당하는 헤어, 피부, 메이크업, 네일 분야에서 여성이 운영하고 있는 사업체의 원장, 사장, 점장 등으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 경영현황, 지원 분야 및 참여 의지, 뷰티 관광 여건, 인력 수요 전망, 인력 채용 기준 및 경로, 정책 지원 수요 등이다.
