Abstract
이 조사는 충청남도여성정책개발원이 여성인력 수요실태를 파악하고자 충남지역 기업체를 대상으로 실시한 것이다. 조사내용에는 선호하는 여성인력의 특성, 채용방식과 채용조건, 구인 및 구직 정보의 교류, 여성고용지원제도의 활용 등에 관한 사항들이 포함되어 있다.
