Abstract
이 조사는 서울시복지재단이 민간기부 기반의 복지서비스 사업인 서울디딤돌 사업의 성과를 분석하고 그 개선방안을 마련하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 동 사업의 이용자, 기부업체, 거점기관 및 담당공무원을 대상으로 각각 실시되었다. 이 자료는 디딤돌 사업 이용자들로부터 수집된 것으로 서비스 이용계기와 이용기간, 서비스종류별 이용횟수, 서비스종류별 가계도움 여부와 정도, 희망하는 서비스종류와 연평균 이용횟수, 서비스 이용만족도, 서비스 이용 시 불편사항, 지역사회에 대한 인식변화 등을 주요 내용으로 포함하고 있다.
