Abstract
이 조사는 서울시복지재단이 서울시 고령자취업알선센터의 노인취업 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 고령자, 고령인력을 채용하는 사업체, 그리고 고령자취업알선센터 종사자를 대상으로 각각 수집되었다. 이 자료는 고령자들로부터 수집된 것으로 경제활동 경험, 취업욕구와 구직활동, 일에 대한 인식과 태도, 자원봉사활동에 대한 인식, 성격특성 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.
