Abstract
이 자료는 1989년부터 시행된 사회복지시설 평가제도의 일환으로 2005년부터 실시되고 있는 노인복지관 평가의 운영실태와 문제점을 살펴보고 그 개선방안을 모색하고자 서울시 노인복지관 실무자들을 인터뷰한 것이다. 인터뷰는 2012년 서울시 노인복지관 평가제도에 참여한 28개 기관의 실무자 60명을 대상으로 6개 집단의 포커스그룹인터뷰(FGI) 방식으로 실시되었다. 인터뷰 내용은 평가 준비과정(자료준비 및 서류작성 업무, 업무과중 정도), 평가 결과와 영향(내부직원 및 외부기관과의 관계, 평가 파급효과), 이전 평가와의 비교, 평가의 문제점(평가지표의 적절성, 평가위원과의 갈등, 차등지원 및 서열화의 문제), 평가제도 개선방향 등이다.
