Abstract
This survey was conducted to collect public opinion for establishing master plan in the Gwangyang Bay area including Yeosu-si, Sooncheon-si, and Gwangyang-si. The survey collected data on the establishment of a fundamental direction for urban development in the bay area. The questionnaire includes contents on attitude towards regional development, future prospect of regional development, use of transportation and level of satisfaction with transportation, opinion on adopting a light rail transit system, need for green zone, preferred tourist attraction, main object to be maintained within area, attitude towards environmental pollution, and countermeasures against natural calamities.
