Abstract
The stages of legislation assessment are divided into ex-ante, concurrent, and ex-post, and among those ex-post assessment includes contents on whether the legislation has reached its intended goal, with what level of obligation the public accepted the legislation, and if the regulations have been fully observed. This survey as a part of the ex-post legislative assessment on regulation law on factory construction was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of the various regulations applied to factory construction and the observance of regulations on the construction site.
This survey was conducted among those with experience of factory construction and the questionnaire includes contents on problems of regulations on factory construction, points of improvement for factory construction process, difficulties in factory site selection due to regulations, regulations difficult to adhere to while selecting factory site, degree of deregulation in selecting factory site, utilization of licensing system and its convenience, experience of giving advice in factory construction and type of advice, and helpfulness of regulatory reforms in factory construction.
