Abstract
This survey was conducted to collect preliminary data essential for the development of policies to promote the development of the animation industry by examining the state of cultural workers in the area of animation, their work environment, and problems. The questionnaire includes contents on current job, work experience, education and training, reason for career choice, job change, type of employment, working conditions, level of work satisfaction, social insurance, security for life after retirement, state of animation industry professionals, animation policy, future outlook, and suggestions.
