Abstract
Today can be seen as a period when the separation of dispensary and medical practice is taking root following its execution in the later half of the year 2000. The purpose of this survey is to examine the problems of the separation of dispensary and medical practice and to present future policy directions by examining the changes in current medical services experienced by the people 5 years after the policy has gone into effect. The questionnaire is composed of the following contents: level of satisfaction with current medical services, level of satisfaction and understanding of the separation of dispensary and medical practice, current conditions of using medical services, current conditions of using pharmacies, level of confidence in professional groups, and the evaluation of doctors’ performance.
