This survey was conducted to investigate ways of establishing a stronger corporate culture by examining the characteristics of POSCO’s corporate culture. The questionnaire includes contents on the future and present of POSCO, employee spirit, employee conduct, personnel management, labor relations, attitude towards labor union, and desirable state of labor relations.
