Abstract
In spite of the violent dispute between the interest groups and the government the separation of dispensary from medical practice went into effect in August of 2000. Until it went into practice there were three strikes by medical doctors which inconvenienced many people. The purpose of this survey is to understand the people’s attitudes and views on the separation of dispensary from medical practice. Furthermore, the survey was structured to present plans to aid the settlement of the separation of dispensary from medical practice and to examine how people feel about the importance of the separation of dispensary from medical practice as stressed by the government. The questionnaire is composed of the evaluation of medical and health policy including separation of dispensary from medical practice, medical insurance, medical service, health insurance, and the current conditions of using medical facilities, social confidence, and confidence in professional groups.
