Abstract
이 조사는 서울시여성가족재단이 정보기술(IT) 분야 사업체 채용 현황 및 인식을 조사함으로써 서울시 여성 대상 정보기술 분야 직업교육에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 수도권 지역 정보기술 분야 사업체 중 여성 종사자 비율이 20% 이상인 곳으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 사업체 특성 및 기본 현황, 사업체 채용 특성, 경력단절여성 고용 현황, 일·생활균형 조직문화, 서울시 정책 인지 및 수요 등이다.
