Abstract
이 조사는 서울시여성가족재단이 서울시 가족 관련 서비스 전달체계의 개선방안을 도출하기 위해 관련 종사자를 대상으로 서비스 운영 현황과 개선 과제에 대한 의견을 수집한 것이다. 자료는 서울시 25개 자치구의 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터, 종합사회복지관, 육아종합지원센터에 근무하는 3년 이상 상근 직원을 대상으로 수집되었다. 주요 조사 내용은 가족 관련 서비스의 운영 현황과 개선 방안, 기관 간 협력 및 연계 실태, 종사자의 근무환경 등으로 구성된다.
